Specialist in Laptop support, and remote support for home and business users having supported offices all over the UK from South Wales. Sian is a certified PRINCE II Practitioner in Project Management. IT project management experience is based on projects of >100K, and >30 man days and includes all planning, risk, and budgeting. Planning and implementation experience in business continuity/disaster recovery. Continued learning is essential, and is gained during Microsoft training courses and reading material (current in Windows 7), and on-going training on Apple Mac. | |
